Watch arrived with a cheap plastic band

The watch did not come with the green alpine band that I ordered. Instead it came with a cheap brown plastic band. Best Buy refused to ship me the correct band, only offering to exchange the complete watch, which is not helpful. It would take days to exchange complete watches, and I would have no guarantee of receiving the correct band the second time on this refurbished item. This should have been an easy fix.

The watch is great so far. When I got it though the watch band was filthy…I had to buy a band before I could use it. I do think the cost was excessive.

Even refurbished it was the same cost as an ultra 2 and it came with a totally different band than the one advertised.
