Nothing you can do, best buy will refuse to accept repsonsibilty, tell you to file a police report, and ban you from making any online orders to the address. They'll tell you to work with local police to resolve the issue while closing the case and refusing to escalate or properly investigate. Double the cost of Sonos One, imperceptible better sound, lacking in strength with Siri, lacking in functionality with only Apple Music and Airplay. Why buy this speaker?
I found it comparable to the Sonos 3. Haven't played with it too much yet but it's pretty nice so far. Siri works for what I need it to do. I like Apple products, if you don't like Apple, there is no convincing.
