The phone is great but I purchuased a brand new phone and received an open box iPhone with a Verizon SIM card already inside!!! I never had such a bad experience shopping with Best Buy!

Ease of use. Camera is okay. Display is okay. Not as fast as I had hoped. Returned within a couple of weeks. Nothing special.

I bought this phone on April 30, 2020. As at the time I am writing this review, the voice quality is terrible. When I place a call, my recipient complains that they can not hear me very well. It feels like I was sold a refurbished phone as new.

Great phone while I had it! First brand new phone ever got but it stopped working a month after I paid it off so that really sucks.

Bought the latest iPhone and was disappointed with the display quality and camera resolution. Turns out, it is a downgrade from the iPhone-XS that I have for work.

Got it home and not compatible with sprint. Only Verizon! Had to call sprint for compatible card for it to activate! Can’t use phone until I receive it tomorrow! Uggg!

This phone is ok. but later on it will have touchscreen issues. I wouldn't recommend getting the iphone 11
