bought this phone as a gift. They seem to like it. Works really well and takes wonderful photos. I won't purchase from Best Buy again though since they no longer offer reward points for Apple products or Beats unless you sign up for a credit card....main reason I purchase here instead of Target!

My personal review! Pros: low end is now 64gb instead of 32gb. Should've been done back in iPhone 7 series! Face unlock is fast & it works great in low light. Phone is fast. Decent low light pics. Depending on what phone you have and upgrading to I highly suggest doing a trade in to cushion the price. These phones are over priced. Cons: no fingerprint scanner. Hate the notch. Audio isn't loud and only has bottom speaker (that sux!!!). Screen is decent. Slippery as a catfish. I don't like it but will make due. Probably will give it family member if it don't grow on me.

Believe me I've been a fan with iPhone since say one iphone built quality are outrageous for the fast few year that I've been with the iPhone I'm sorry but I found a lil boring same specs same al.ost the same old fashion software very minor changes. seriously iphone needs to the go beyond far dont get me wrong most iPhone they make are lasg longer but it get boring now and below ahead of other flagship phone. The camera on this phone is ok is it's good on day light but not in dim lights and dark mode up to this year the pixel quality on the iPhone 11 is way old I will give a fair review the design is and quality I'll give the. A thumbs up software and application used are ok. that's why it made me .ove to samsung galaxy s series. I have using samsung galaxy s20 plus now and that phone is uncomfortable to the iphone 11 or even iPhone 11 pro max. I will recommend the iPhone 11 who only likes I phone but to thos want to explore want to feel the difference of a great phone I wouldn't recommend this phone

Feels good to hold, not too big or small. Great to flick between applications, camera not as good as it's made out to be in the dark

Phone is ok. Same as all the other iPhones besides an extra camera. Long lasting battery. Works as it should.

I like the phone but I wish I would have just waited to purchase an iPhone SE (2nd generation) for myself. I hate this iPhone doesn't have a home key. I can't use Siri the same way I used to be able to with the home key and it drives me crazy. I miss being able to use the fingerprint option on the home key. I find this phone frustrating and I could have purchased two of the SE 2nd generation phones for the price I payed for one of these.

I actually had lots of issues with this phone when I bought it. For some reason I would have tons of dropped calls, to the point where I changed my phone carrier. Once I changed, I kept having the same issues. Luckily it comes with a warranty and I brought it to the Apple store and they told me it was defected. They replaced it with another one and I never had any of those issues again.

I just found that the BestBuy unlocked devices are NOT literally unlocked. They are not manufacture unlocked. They are unlocked only in the United States, so the devices are NOT working oversees if you think you want to use your device while traveling. They are worthless if you go outside the country.

way too expensive, but it is apple. nothing new about this phone compare to older versions, but when your kid wants one, its impossible to convince that there are better android phones

Apple need to listen to and follow the jail breakers lead. They’re being more innovative and Apple is using some of their ideas. People are just biting apples and sucking on the seeds!

Phone is good - thought I was getting an Unlocked phone - not case - couldn't use on a different carrier - look for UNIVERSAL PHONES - THEY ARE TRULY UNLOCKED

Time for an upgrade? Well it’s not really much of an upgrade. Apple products are becoming the standard normal and every has it.

As with all new iPhones, it is no where near worth the price of it. But, we did get a good deal on it with Best Buy.

They sell you this and they know it’s gone have problems. This all a set up for them to get money out of you I should’ve just fixed my 8 plus.
