I purchased 3 of the iPhone 14 Pro black 512gb phones to replace older units on a budget. They delivered 9/2/26. The devices were posted as “excellent condition” and physically the phones looked great. 2 of them were not reset completely, one has a bad lightning port and only charges wirelessly with a battery health of 77%. And he other has a loose charging port and battery health of 78%. The seller GSMclub on their website guarantee an 80% battery health. They also want to refund the devices instead of fixing the issues like replacing the bad units with new ones. The in seller messaging option in the bestbuy app has taken them almost a week of back and forth to tell me to send back phones that are currently in use by people. Until they say something other than return the units for a refund, avoid this seller. Yes, the phones were in physical excellent condition but bad batteries and charging ports is a total ripoff.
