A: It means that the phone is not "locked" to a single provider, such as AT&T or Verizon. AT&T, for example, will sell you an iPhone, but you have to agree to their (in my mind excessive) costs and be locked into a three year payment plan. You're not so much buying the hardware as you are buying a commitment to AT&T, with a discounted phone as incentive. An unlocked phone you can take to any provider (Patriot Mobil, for example) and they will set you up with a new phone number, or transfer an existing phone number.
Q: Is this a new or refurbished iPhone 15?
A: this is a new phone
A: If the phone is unlocked it does work with cricket. We had no issues. Just call cricket customer service aftet your purchase and they will help you connect it for free.
Q: Can my carrier transfer information from my I-phone 7 to a new I-phone15 or 16?
A: I just did this at the end of December and it went well. Verizon is my carrier and I did need to visit the Verizon store to finish setting up the new phone due to the older IOS on the 7. It was worth it !! Whole new learning curve - LOL !
Q: Can you pay it off early with no penalty?
A: Most definitely you can. As long as you even have more than the required payment plan you can make that payment. Paying off early is much better than owing.
Q: Can I use it in Mexico with my Telcel Esim?
A: I used it in Spain just fine with an eSIM!
Q: Can I trade in my iPhone 11 and the price go down to get the iPhone 15 pink?
A: I would personally say go in to a Best Buy and speak with one of their employees in the mobile phone section
A: No it does not, but if you already have a phone and are just replacing it its fairly easy to get all your information transferred to your new phone. All you have to do is go to your carrier in person and have them do it

iPhone
I love my iPhone . It was so easy to get it through Best Buy. My phone has a long battery life and charges fast too. This phone feels so light and the camera is great quality . I was told of the options of which color I could get . Green is my favorite color so I chose the light green one . This Best Buy in particular one Hawthorne and pch is always helpful and tries to satisfy customers .

amazing upgrade
I have no complaints for this phone. Upgraded from an 11 and the battery life has improved the camera quality has also improved. It doesn’t weight that much so if you’re always standing at work it won’t be a bother compared to other phones I’d recommend this phone to anyone that is looking for a jump on battery life and camera quality. (I’ve included some photos of work)

Good phone
Good battery life. It does everything I need. Has better screen and camera than my old Samsung. Connects well with my Apple watch.
