I received the wrong color instead of blue I got black but it wasn’t the end of the world. Besides that issue everything works amazing love the camera quality and the longevity of the battery. Would recommend the phone

So took longer than usual for the phone to arrive. Finally got the phone and the lock button sticks. Like there isn’t a smooth crisp click when you press it. Not a huge deal since the rest of the phone was in great shape. Second issue was that the charger they sent me was a lightening cable. The charger was supposed to be a USBC. I messaged em and let them know both issues. They offered a 5% refund. Which was about $20 bucks. I replied with give me $40 bucks at least to cover the charger that I went to target and purchased that afternoon that the phone came in. They said they would sent it up to their management team. I got impatient and told them just give me the 5 percent and a few days later they gave me the $40 refund. I got to keep the phone of course. Take it for what you want. Decent service.

My old second gen iPhone SE had a “seriously degraded” battery but I was not willing to pay over a thousand dollars for a new 17. I was a little leery about purchasing from the Best Buy Marketplace but found a 15 Plus for $440, significantly less than the 17 Pro. The seller had several reviews, with an average 5-star rating which quashed some of my concerns. The phone arrived 2 days earlier than promised. It looks brand new and I have no issues other than that I had ordered it in blue and received white (not a biggie). Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.
