My husband needed a new phone. I have a 2020 SE Apple phone and purchased one for him because I really like the size and ease of using it. We are happy with this phone.

The pre-owned phone that we received was in great physical condition; and booted up well, but then froze during the setup. It was a gift for my granddaughter's "official teen" birthday; but her initial surprise and joy quickly turned to extreme disappointment! It had to be returned and we decided to go with a new one.

I bought this for my moms bday and it’s not till May so I can’t really review the product as in fun functionality but it came super fast and it looks really nice.

Phone came with a cable and slot pin and was fully unlocked

I don’t know who made a purchase under my name at Best Buy, but it certainly wasn’t me. You better check your records and correct them before something goes wrong and Best Buy tries to charge me.

I have mixed feelings sharing my review on the product and purchase process. In the first place, I found it ridiculous that to check out a pre-owned product, one needs to buy it first to even view the aesthetics. The biggest drawback is the unavailability of option to add protection on the device.
