Arrived in a timely manner. Reasonably well packaged with phone and new cord, but no charger. Phone was in excellent condition with no signs of prior use. So far no issues with phone. Battery longevity seems fine. Very satisfied with purchase and will definitely look at refurbished phones in the future.

Third party company that’s trash and selling trash. And bye cause of this third party stays you will have to take time out of your day after trying for a week to return it online (somehow impossible by design) to drop it of in person. Guy at returns was cool, he’s my (one) star. Attaboy. Trash third party sells unrefurbished phones with home buttons that don’t work or receivers that don’t work on Amazon and Best Buy

I’m very happy with my refurbished iPhone years ago I bought one and it lasted a long time, but then I thought it was time for a new one and I’m glad I did this lotta new things that it does that my other one didn’t do and my upgraded a little bit I couldn’t ask for a better outcome

Phones were in great shape, once they arrived. Seemed to be some unspecified delay in shipping and I was unable to get any answers from Best Buy or the reseller.

Broke in three spots, raised screen, lose charger hole and overheats. I want a replacement sent immediately and I’m not sending this one back until I get my new one

I never used the phone. Shipping took so long so I went to Best Buy and bought another one. When I finally got it I immediately returned it.
