Amazing loved it so much i use It everyday great for school work

I really appreciate Best Buy, but this MacBook ended up being a bit underwhelming for me. To be fair, I probably didn’t do enough research before buying. The unit arrived with a noticeable dent, but since it still worked fine, I decided to give it a try. It got me through about a week, but overall it was slower than I’d like, so I’m returning it and purchasing a new one instead. Thanks to Best Buy for making the process smooth—I value the service even if this particular item didn’t work out for me.

Purchased as a gift. Overall great buy. Only issue was the setup took longer than expected considering the person currently has an Apple product thus the iCloud has all the info needed for a quick and easy sync.

I purchased this item for school and absolutely adore it!! Makes going back to school less stressful and I couldn’t be more happy about it!!

The laptop runs well as a refurbished laptop ! I would recommend it if you’re looking for a laptop that’s not too expensive.

Ran okay at first, but then the battery couldn’t hold a charge for longer than 20-30 minutes. Also runs pretty slow.

Item was in good shape but i has a little damage on one corner, it works cool

There is scratches and the laptop was fully clean but so far it’s work great and the battery does died faster

Pick up was easy, laptop runs perfect after setup and update. A few minor dings on the body of the laptop but that’s expected since it’s refurbished. All in all good product.

Nice Mac book it came with 1 scratch on it and no charger other than that nearly perfect

Got this for my 13 year old daughter for her birthday and she loves it.

I paid a good amount for this item, slightly under the price for a new item. I expected a refurbished computer from Best Buy to be clean physically and technically. This has considerable physical wear, and still has the previous owners name in the computer attached to the Apple ID, etc. This is not safe and I am disappointed in the purchase
