I really appreciate Best Buy, but this MacBook ended up being a bit underwhelming for me. To be fair, I probably didn’t do enough research before buying. The unit arrived with a noticeable dent, but since it still worked fine, I decided to give it a try. It got me through about a week, but overall it was slower than I’d like, so I’m returning it and purchasing a new one instead. Thanks to Best Buy for making the process smooth—I value the service even if this particular item didn’t work out for me.

Purchased as a gift. Overall great buy. Only issue was the setup took longer than expected considering the person currently has an Apple product thus the iCloud has all the info needed for a quick and easy sync.
