checked battery health & its in great condition, no damage to keys, no damage to screen. pretty much excellent condition as far as all surfaces/exterior & entire body/casing of the laptop. basically looks brand new. came WITH charger. thought i would need a laptop cover but nope. overall i’d give it an A++ condition. i was worried from reviews but its the best purchase ive made in a long time. as far as operating, ive been streaming & doing minor website edits and its working fine. will buy pre owned again from best buy. tip, when u recieve the laptop, if battery seems to die fast, switch out charger. this came with a crappy charger which was causing laptop to APPEAR it had a battery issue but when i bought a new charger its working perfectly & there is NOT an actual issue with the laptop battery. it was the charger. was shocked to even receive a charger with the laptop but i did. again i checked the laptop battery health in the laptop settings & its great. five stars other than the crappy charger that came with the laptop but thats an easy cheap fix.

The MacBook wouldn’t stay charged unless plugged in and the R button immediately fell out however it’s been almost a year and for the price I’d buy it again. I only use it for work at home and the charging isn’t super inconvenient but is a hassle at times.

This laptop had been a game-changer for me. Has not given me any problems and has been working so well! I've had it for 5 years already and still works well. Taken all my online classes and about to take my bachelor classes with it.
