Extremely bad service the guy that helped us in store put the wrong address when we told him it was the incorrect one when it supposely arrived it was in a different state. We went in store they told me to call and they told us they were gonna reship it between 2-4 days and it didnt do we had to call again. It arrived the 19th of January and we bouth it the 2nd of January. The computer runs really great.

Immediately opened to a terminal command screen. Finally booted correctly, then had never ending issues with clicks, Apple ID etc.

I am following up on Case ID #372485787 regarding a $200 refund check promised by Best Buy due to a price match issue. I have now received multiple conflicting statements from support. I was told the check was sent, yet no confirmation has been received to my correct email or mailing address. I was also given a 7–10 day timeline, which has now changed to an additional 2 weeks without explanation. This reflects a failure in both communication and fulfillment of a committed resolution. At this point, I am requesting: - Immediate confirmation of whether the $200 check has actually been issued - The exact issue date and mailing details - Reissuance or expedited processing due to the delay and misinformation If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this complaint through the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection channels. I expect a clear and accurate resolution immediately.

I purchased this Apple Mac and could not use it . Kept calling Apple Customer Service. And Apple Customer Service was good, but they could not help me to get the Apple Mac to work. I could not open the screen icons at all. Purchased it , never could use it. I had to return it to Best Buy and purchased a Dell Labtop. Such awful experience with this Apple Mac.

I went to the Horseheads, NY location for my purchase. When it came to the price match, which was in the time frame, it was a complete fiasco. The store manager, Dave, was of no help.

Don't trust Best Buy open-box! I ordered a computer said to be in "excellent" condition, but it showed up with a broken keyboard. Best Buy also refused to help me get another open-box computer.

Do not order online because they no do correctly and and the end they din’t want to give a refund and nothing they do on two time the same is terrible the not are responsible I no going to order no more for Best Buy

I can't say anything good, so maybe I shouldn't say anything at all.
