Best Buy scribbled in Sharpie on the box and it looked like garbage when I gave it as a gift. Would have returned it but needed it then and couldn’t get another shipped in time since this once took longer than they told me it would and couldn’t take a chance. Will never have anything shipped from Best Buy again. Who scribbles on an Apple MacBook box and then sends it to a customer??

I have placed the Mac book laptop , but I received the one which used which has finger prints all over the laptop before it has been started and it felt like someone already opened it and here are proofs attached below and I would like to attach small video of but I couldn't attach it due to technicality if you I can send that I. Email. Please review your products before sending to costumers

I received this laptop as a gift for my husband. When he opened it it seemed already used. The “J” and “7” buttons don’t work and when we tried taking it back to the store to exchange it there were sooooo many issues. We ended up going to a different store after returning to the original store three times and the other store say the serial nubmer don’t match the box but they could clearly see it was the same computer. They finally got it and seen the correct serial number but then they wanted us to completely clear the computer but we explained it was never used. They wanted us to get rid of the Apple ID as well so I scheduled a Geek squad appointment but they couldn’t walk us through it or help us clear the Apple ID…. Needless to say I still have a laptop that don’t work properly and can’t do anything about exchanging it now.

I would love to write a review about the MacBook I purchased through BestBuy. The problem is that I have yet to receive the MacBook. I have enquired several times about the delivery and I have gone days without any type of update. Frustrated. Will probably not use BestBuy again.

I've been an avid HP user for 10 years. I attempted the switch over to MAC and didn't succeed in figuring it out. Maybe if I would have gave it a little more time but 3 weeks in and I still couldn't stand it.

This order was never delivered to my house and I am still waiting for a refund after speaking in the phone with 3 different agents in the last month.

Someone stole my card information. Bought some kind of computer screen at one store, went to another to exchange for this laptop. I have not heard back from Best Buy who said their “back end team” will contact me within 3-5 days of this issue. It’s been 3 weeks.
