As expected works and feels like new! Im very satisfied with the purchase and plus it included best buy warranty and with an option to extend.

The product was sold with a damaged battery, and despite this, Best Buy refused to accept a return. It's unacceptable that they would sell a refurbished item in such poor condition and then deny responsibility. I do not recommend purchasing refurbished products from Best Buy. The customer service experience has been frustrating and unhelpful.
