This MacBook runs perfectly, and it’s in near perfect condition I’m able to do everything on it even cloud gaming it’s honestly been a very fun experience using this laptop honestly 10 out of 10.

This Macbook is basically as good as new; no problems.

The computer is good but I’ve got a complaint because did someone get my computer from the defective pile because some of the keys were not working and it made me kinda upset because that was a new whole computer so why is it broken already

I had to downgrade because my MacBook Pro 16 was stolen a couple months ago. It works fine, but when I stay on it for 30 mins+ it starts to get hot. Because the screen is so small I had to adjust the size of everything to get school work done. That’s the only issues I have with it so far. I do plan to upgrade back to the 16 because I didn’t have any issues with it.

Ordered this expecting it to be refurbished as it claims it is. Upon arrival it had broken keys and a bad battery. We request an exchange through the third party service “Jem jem” that Best Buy goes through for this and they respond promptly. We send the one back and get another one about a week later. This one has everything working EXCEPT the battery. Why is it that a refurbished device doesn’t have one of the very few wearable items it has replaced. I’m beyond frustrated with this considering this was a birthday gift that has now been returned TWICE. Don’t buy any refurbished computer through Best Buy!

When the MacBook arrived, it was easy to set up. I had no problems. After a couple of days, I started getting error messages. I thought I had done something wrong and tried to reinstall the IOS. When I took it to Best Buy, they determined it needed to be returned. For the 2 days it was working, I was very happy with it. (This was a refurbished MacBook Pro)

my purchase arrived on times don not have any issue with the delivery. once I opened and started using it the quality and status of the laptop was good. the only think is that it has the mark of sticker that was removed before the seller sent it, that does not look so good. But in general everything was good.

It’s been a difficult transition from a PC to a MacBook, but I am starting to enjoy using this! It’s fast, it’s light, and works so great for my iPhone family!

In great conditions to be refurbished and the only defect is the battery, but at the moment is not a bad thing

I was so excited to receive this "new" to me MacBook. It arrived, I charged it fully and the battery lasted 30 minutes before it turned off. I'm so bummed that I'm having to return this and figure out a better option for myself. It also has two damaged keys, which wasn't a deal-breaker but I thought I should mention so you know what you are getting. Save yourself some time and frustration and don't buy.

First I purchased ran into some problems setting it up returned it without a problem very helpful. Re-ordered it came through works beautifully have not had a problem and have had it a month now. The computer does recommend changing the battery it does hold and OK charge for now but for the money can’t beat it

The preowned computer had some keys that did not work and it didn't start up right. Found out the hard way, NOT to buy preowned. Open box would have been fine, but not this. I took it back and bought a brand new computer for $400 more.

Good MacBook for the price. My wife loves it minimal wear. Battery life ok, shipping was fast. Overall works and performs as advertised.

this is a replacement for a macbook that cannot be upgraded to a recent OSX version. This machine upgraded and is now doing the job

It works great. It runs fast. There is a lot of cosmetic damage, which I considered when buying it preowned.

Other than a small dent on the top product was as expected.

They put a sticker over the cosmetic imperfections, and lied about the condition I purchased. All due to the fact it had a sticker on the front.
