Would have more starts if not for one major concern. Barely noticed that my battery needs to be serviced. Less than one month for this to happen. Hopefully I get a good resolution and the stars go up one

This wasn’t a bad purchase by any means. The laptop is a bit slow, has some minor cosmetic issues, and has some sticky keys, specifically the “N” and the Spacebar, but for a computer from 2017 what can you honestly expect? It’s good, it gets the job done, if you want the MacBook without the hefty price tag of a brand new one then this is a good alternative!

Had it for a few weeks, honestly no issues yet it works fine and runs pretty fast. Although I do feel the battery drain a little bit fast but as long as u keep it plugged in you should be good

Not what i expected, you will get what you paid for . I does overheat really fast

I received my macbook in extremely poor condition. The computer was super slow and glitching, as well as a crack on the screen and the computer was fully scrapped. It was super poor condition and I am super disappointed.

I wasn't happy with the cord that came with the lap top. It defiantly was not the original and doesn't work well.

It was working fine, but after a while it heats up too much

An aftermarket charger was provided which won’t charge the laptop. Battery status was in service. Laptop arrived dead on battery. Had to use a separate usb charger from an external monitor. Not a quality refurbished laptop.

Disappointed, total scam! Purchased for my daughter for college. In less than 3 months the screen stopped working. Took it to get serviced and learned there was no serial number on it so no reputable company will service/repair it. Geek squad said they could try to send it out for a new screen for $1000 - which is about what a brand new laptop costs. Been a long time Best Buy customer after this experience, I don't trust them.

pretty good, has 4 of the same plug ins though with no usb-c port

We got this for my son as a Christmas gift and I fell in love with it. It came in excellent condition. I will probably order a 2nd one.

Don’t get attracted with the word certified refurbished. This is a third party refurbished and laptop was sent in a bubble wrap with a low quality charger.

Purchased it for my wife as a Christmas gift. Works well and looks like new!

Really bad, the battery life is really poor, it was given dirty and it wasn’t even ready to pick up

Never buy. If it breaks they won’t fix it for you cause it’s “vintage”

It is faster then my old MacBook Pro with an i7 processor in it. Lovin it.
