Purchasing a refurbished Mac was fairly easy based on the detailed descriptions provided for every available laptop. Getting setup once it arrived was a little more difficult as the laptop was a gift. It would help to be able to send the software, i.e. Word package to the actual user rather than downloading it and then switching the user.

This laptop is great. Very fast and looks appealing. I am very impressed with the performance.

Needed an upgrade to support my online Zoom classes-purchased in Open Box special - computer arrived much sooner than even expected - all parts included - easy to set up - exactly what I expected to receive. Kind of proved you get better service with Best Buy online than going into the store.

Great option for a home computer to replace my old computer. All the options I needed

Love the new system and the value buying refirb gear. Only issue now is trying to get online to pay bill but secondary verification with no card received will not allow me in so I need to now visit the store to pay.

Almost a year later and my Mac is running all my Programs flawlessly!

Horrible, keeps freezing on me and doesn’t let me do anything at all. Piece of junk.

Had this bought was delivered to store obviously someone held it didn’t give it to me. Let the transaction expire and then bought it them self right when it was available. I find this very unprofessional they told me because it’s Apple there’s nothing they can do they can’t track it down or do anything!!
