Just got the 2019 16″ MacBook Pro refurb with i9, 16 GB RAM, Radeon 5500M, and a 1 TB SSD—and honestly, it’s a powerhouse. The Retina True Tone display is stunning and spacious, making it great for editing or multitasking. The Magic Keyboard with physical Escape feels solid (bye, butterfly keys). Battery life is impressive, lasting around 10–11 hours on lighter tasks. You do hear the fans when pushing the CPU, and it can run hot under heavy loads.

Perfect choice for my virtualizations which any new M1 or M2 cannot do. Intel MacBook Pro is still golden. This product is certified refurbished and has Apple care coverage come along with it.

Well it’s a bit over 2 months now and the power cable to charge the laptop broke off inside the laptop so now I don’t have a charger for the laptop. Trying to figure out if it’s covered under my 1 year warranty and I can’t seem to find that information anywhere. I did a search in my emails looking and I see that my eligibility to buy apple care + is expired or expiring not sure why I would need 2 warranties at the same time. I’ve only really been getting it set up and more recently using it. You know with the holidays and such it’s kinda hard to find the time. A manual or a downloadable manual would have been nice to have. I’ve never owned a Mac before. I hope this gets resolved otherwise I’m not happy.

This refurbished Macbook Pro runs like new. I would buy it again if I can. I strongly recommend this product. GOOD PRICE!

This laptop was my daily driver for 2 years and here’s my thoughts on it. It’s a great looking laptop with a display with narrow borders, gorgeous gray color, and it’s very thin. Even thinner than the new models. The preformance on this laptop is plenty fast for doing the basics and for doing a few pro level tasks at once, Although this machine gets hot and loud under load. It’s not advisable to use it on your lap as your legs will block the vents. The trackpad is some of the best in the buisness being that it is big, responsive, and can be clicked anywhere. It can also hook up to 4 external displays which is great for productivity! Though the port selection is not good being that there’s only 4 usb c ports and a headphone jack. The speakers are best in class with great bass and rich mids. It truly sounds like a standalone dedicated speaker. I loved my intel machine while I had it but The only issue is that this laptop is an intel model which Apple has moved away from. If you’re looking for something that’s going to last more than 2 years it’s advisable to buy an apple silicon laptop that’s faster and runs cooler.

You wouldn’t know it’s refurbished. Clean, fast, and perfect for work and creativity. Great value for a powerhouse laptop.

Pleasantly surprised at the shape this laptop came in. No dings and just a couple small scratches where a lower case sat. 93 charge cycles on this laptop. I would say I got a very clean unit but have no idea what others may receive. I took the chance knowing if it did fit my likes I could return.

Excellent product. Super fast processor with tons of storage. Screen is huge which allows Mt to edit tons of photos via photoshop and Lightroom using adobe software. Highly recommend.

I am pleased with the Macbook pro. I am a DJ and needed to upgrade my laptop. I was a little nervous about the investment but I am glad that I decided to make this purchase. The laptop came on time with everything it was supposed to have. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the charger. The laptop itself was clean and looked brand new but the charger looks used. Still works fine.

The product was certified refurbished, and came with a battery issue. It would get very hot very quickly. Other than that it worked well.

A couple of dents here and there, not a deal breaker for me, battery life is good and does not need to be replaced anytime soon.

This works as well as new. the warranty is more limited though.

im not to pleased but ill take it. I bought this laptop because i needed a nee one. I asked around if refurbished laptop are worth it and quite a xouple said yeah so i got it. I randomly restarts and it takes a while to restart as well. Not what i was expecting but i needed a laptoo since my finals were coming around. Its to late to return so ima keep it but definitelylook at the reviews

I'll never buy brand new devices again! This refurbished Macbook is absolutely amazing, nothing wrong, appears to be brand new but a fraction of the New-In-Box price! Way to go Best Buy!

I didn't expect it to be a used macbook, I was surprised and disappointed. i was expecting an officially refurbished one from apple which was supposed to be new. in addition, the charger was not original and, of course, broke immediately the next day, of course, the store refused to return the money. but the worst thing is that I waited for the purchase for more than a month and a half. I ordered for the first time, waited for several weeks, but the parcel did not arrive, it got lost, no one warned me, I just waited in vain for another week, no one told me anything and did not write that the parcel was lost, so that I could issue it again. I have met such irresponsibility. I was upset because I waited for him for a long time, the tech support did not help me with anything, except to tell me to wait, and the consultant said that it was his birthday, I don’t understand why. it is a pity that you do not understand that I urgently needed a macbook and you did not try to come to the meeting, I asked for compensation for the lost time, but nothing. asked me to place the order again, and they didn’t help me either. I went to the store, arranged everything for the purchase again, and again had to wait several weeks, and again it did not arrive at the specified time. then picked it up and was disappointed that it was already used. so I am very disappointed with the service and responsiveness of the Best Buy store

I've spent a lot of money with Best Buy, I purchased this MacBook Pro 30 days ago, within two weeks the after market power pack stop working, I called customer service and they referred me to the store, the geek squad was very helpful but she couldn't help because the charger isn't a apple charger, she referred me back to customer service, One rep tells me to go back to the store, hangs up on me, another rep lies and says she'll have a supervisor call me, no call, call back the rep who hung up on me answered and hangs up on me again, I did a chat session with Wynn she transfers me to Francis K. she tells me go to the store. I ask for her supervisor. I'm referred to Vicky G. she promises to help me then we're disconnected. Best Buy's customer service is the worst service I've ever experienced! I'm writing corporate next. all of this just for a charger that's faulty? I'll be canceling my Best Buy credit card ASAP. I rather shop with a company that's going to stand by their products, I still have one year service and labor coverage on this item. SHAME ON BEST BUY

Love this MacBook Pro. I switched from an Acer that I loved - but this is so much better. Bought refurbished but runs like new. It’s only been several days since I’ve received it but it seems to work perfectly. I hated that it did not come in apple packaging but that’s something I can get over considering the price

They forgot the charger so I had to wait another week to receive it. The laptop wouldn’t stay on due to low battery and not being able to charge it
