Bestbuy has more options compared to Amazon in regards to pre-used unlocked iPhones. I ordered unlocked iPhone 12 from Amazon as a gift but was in terrible condition. So I returned that and got this from Bestbuy. It looks and feels like brand new. Not a single scratch or chip. I am very satisfied and confident to present as a gift to my relative.

The device is perfect, the color waoh. Though the memory is 64, I had to increase by buying more from iCloud. Now I got all the applications I wanted.It works great

I am highly recommending this phone and this product from Best Buy. It wasn’t that expensive and my boy was able to enjoy all his apps from his previous phone. The camera is excellent and the phone is just awesome. No hassles for now.

I was skeptical on getting a used phone and seen some of the negative reviews but I took a chance. I was shocked to see it looked brand new. Loved everything about it. The only downfall is that when I receive a call it rings loud once and automatically gets really low. I checked all settings and it still does it.

This phone I still have it after years later when purchased. Great product.

Although I was a little anxious purchasing a phone online, i don’t regret this purchase whatsoever. It works amazingly, no scratches, no cracks, etc. The battery life was 83 but you get what you pay for, i can always replace battery. Camera quality is great and everything else about this phone!

I’m happy with my purchase it’s the phone i wanted but I realized the ear speaker (is a bit distorted)and the left speaker on the bottom is completely out. Not a huge problem now because i don’t use my phone to my ear often but … still. Other than that the phone is exceptional.

I bought this refurbished phone for my elderly mom. I had to buy a used phone because she tends to drop her phone a lot. Fortune she has taken great care of this phone. At age of 85, she was still able to learn how to use it.
