The IPhone SE is such a great phone! Even thought it is a pre-owned iPhone only downfall is the life on the battery. Nothing major just the phone will need alittle more charge through out the day but besides that the iPhone is amazing

Great older model iphone. Good price for a preowned phone. The only disappointment was the battery life was 77%.

This iPhone has worked just fine for my Neice. She's 9 years old. We did have to hold until she got of punishment for not doing her chores. It's the perfect item for her at the tender age of 9. Thanks Best Buy!!

This Iphone was so incredibly cheap and I bought it for my teen who needed a phone fast as her last one had some major issues. This phone does everything she needs and the only downside is the battery life which going in everyone knows is the caveat to buying this but it's no issue as you can easily buy a USB-C external battery that is small and lightweight and cheap making this overall a no-brainer purchase! Highly recommended to those who want a great Iphone for themself or their child without breaking the bank.

My wife purchased this cellphone as a gift to our 16 y/o autistic daughter who is over the moon with FINALLY receiving a mobile phone. The problem is: the maximum capacity of the battery life is only at 76 percent! Best Buy's Geek Squad does not replace batteries in refurbished mobile phones for some reason. My wife was told by a store customer service personnel that it would cost THEM too much to replace the batteries on these "refurbished" phones! That's hogwash as they could incorporate that cost to the customers buying these "refurbished" phones at NEARLY market price as NEW! I expect the maximum battery life to be at least no lower than 90 percent *IF* people are being charged nearly what they would pay for the phones as new. The other issue is that the phone's time zone is off (looks like the previous owner's time zone was West Coast Time). We are unable to change it as it is STILL locked-out by the previous owner's Parental function. Needless to say, this device will be returned promptly tonight or tomorrow latest. We will just have to go in a different direction than that of "refurbished!"

Used / refurbished phone is like new condition. Perfect buy for my need and more cost effective than the cheapest phone from a carrier to have a business phone number. Phone was unlocked and compitible with my phone carrier. I cannot attest to battery life since Ive used t minimally for apps.

Using the phone for almost two months without issue. WiFi calling and all other settings working normally. No noticeable scratches on screen. The only downside is the phone is at 83% battery life. For a heavy user, that could be an issue since I found out this model has a smaller battery than most other recent iPhone models.

All in good condition, perfectly to my son, he still used and I buy it over 2 years ago

Bought this IPhone SE used almost a month ago for a younger sibling here at BB, the phone came in near perfect condition’s with a few tiny scratches on the top bezel on the front screen which are barely noticeable and the battery health also came at 80% so keep in mind that it won’t come brand new in case you feel disappointed about some of the little details. Overall it’s great device for adult’s and kid’s.

Practically brand new; only noticeable reurbished aspect can be found in the settings showing that the battery requires service and current maximum capacity is at 71%. Inspite of the battery health degradation it still gets the job done as my work phone. The current worse case scenario is I just need to keep a charger handy for in my car or on my person but haven't yet had a real need to charge it outside of the normal charging time. All in all it is definitely worth the amount of savings buying refurbished and is still relatively high quality phone, almost as good as new.

Excellent packaging, device aesthetic condition great. Box said the device would be updated to the latest version operating system, and a charger included. Just the lighting cable and iOS 16.2. Everything else works great. For being a pre-owned smartphone the devices look like new, well keep. Thank you.

Prefect size ,work good and very affordable for an iPhone

I got this to use as a music and movie device to replace an old ipod that no longer holds a charge. So far so good.

Great phone. My other SE was stolen along with my truck, so I needed a phone badly. Of course I would want an Apple 15, but we are set on getting 5 grand kids Christmas gifts and this SE will be fine with me.

I purchased this phone for my 11 year old for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. The phone was in immaculate condition when we asked about a prepaid cellphone.
