The phone got here on perfect schedule! This iPhone 6s is worth it. I truly recommend this phone because its really delivered as its advertised. There wasn't a single scratch, dent, or abnormal defect. The phone works perfectly; as if it were new. We shall see if the test of time will prove this absolutely true.

Ordered the iPhone 6s and it’s said it was preowned. Was scared it may come broken or something but looks like new. Only thing it does run out of battery quickly but I got it a charging case and so far so good.

examined the phone before leaving store so as not to bring home a damaged item. the phone was clean and good in appearance with no obvious scratches, cracks or marks. The battery was completely discharged so let it charge overnite before setup and testing. BATTERY HEALTH CONSISTENTLY shows that max capacity is only 78%; now I know that a used phone has a used battery but this battery runs down very fast from 100%. It goes from 100 to 75% in about 20 minutes, just sitting at idle with no apps running! Even with the phone turned OFF, the battery will lose almost 10% in 24 hrs. At least BB could have included a discount coupon for a new battery replacement via Geeks, if the frequent charging is too troublesome. not sure if Iam going to keep it.

The phone arrived earlier than the expected date. So far, it has long battery life and it works great. The only problem on the phone was it came with small dent on the back and cracked on the camera cover. Also, the charger cord is not an original Apple accessory. Other than that the phone has good performance right now.

It wAs an easy no hassle pick up, plus my phone works just as it should I’m very likely going to use online shopping service again!

I am shocked by looking this phone. At first I was shocked that it got is in a different box. It has black iphone charger in it but it is working good. I bought this phone as gift to a lovely person. I loved this phone in the end. Only thing thing is I didn’t get earphones.

This is my second purchase of this phone.So far the battery life works great as well. The phone has minor scratch, but it is not so noticeable.I hope there is no other issue on this phone since I have this phone for three days now. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Love them! Easy to get set up on our plan. Only complaint is one of them has the camera all scratched up.

I got this for my 8 year old niece, was delivered in a timely manner. It came with a voucher for a free month of unlimited service along with a charging cord and usb plug attachment. No cracks or blemishes. Charges fine. All buttons work good. My niece loves it. Setting up went quickly with no problems. I definitely recommend.

Well there it is! What a beauty - my refurbished iPhone whatever! It’s been plugged in for a few months now, just in case it decides to take a charge and turn on for more than a few seconds. This is my third or fifth or eighth time buying a refurbished mid-level iPhone for my husband. Water is his kryptonite… He can find the only puddle in the middle of a desert and drop it. I’ve heard it only takes an inch of water for you iPhone to drown. I’ve also seen him accidentally bounce it off several different objects before the phone went into a toilet. By the way, no, he’s not Michael Jordan. Anyway I guess they usually come from somewhere else because Best Buy has a different idea of refurbished. Cracked and not turning on??

The phone appears to be in excellent condition however BestBuy decided to put a screen protector on and they did a terrible job aligning it. I’m going to have to remove it in order for the front camera to focus correctly.

Great price and came fast. Use it everyday . Long battery life.

Nicely refreshed iPhone so far no issues, I liked very similar to the new IPHONE SE running on iOS 14.0.1

I just got this I-Phone in the mail today after wanting about a week. It was sent snell mail and when I open the box the phone was scratched and dented. I will be returning this phone to best buy for a refund.

Unlocked phone arrived packed in a strange box. Power adaptor and lightening cable were not Apple brand. Phone screen was in good case. Metal housing was in average shape. Large sent on back. Out of box seemed to work great connected to Wi-Fi. Upon inserting SIM card for international use, it did not work. Message read SIM not recognized. Tried another SIM card. No luck. Took phone to an Apple store to ask for assistance, the phone was indeed unlocked, but the phone had internal water damage. Told that it would never work.... returned to Best Buy. Told it was outside 14 days, I couldn’t return it. Manager stepped up and said he appreciated my business and would accept the return/exchange. Am nervous to buy refurb phone again. I am sure Best Buy didn’t know the phone was bad, but they stood behind their product. Happy to be their customers.

The phone works really overall. The condition of the phone is really good, looks brand new. . The battery life isn’t good. Not sure if it’s the cheap charger that came with or the battery itself but the battery loses life quick. Also I didn’t like the fact that when I purchased the phone I was told the staff in store would make sure it was going to be up and running when I picked up the phone at the store. The staff told me that they did not set up devices, they had no clue why I was told that and appeared to really didn’t care.

Was worried about buying a used phone but it works great, is in excellent condition, and the price was reasonable. Would recommend.

Let me tell you why it's the best and the most balanced product in the store. First off, the older generations has ditched most of the old futures, so lets begin. Headphone jack. The headphone jack is great because I can listen to music and hear my notification center or cell phone ring so easily and I can press the button on my headphones to answer the call or skip a song. The home button, don't feel like revealing your face to an encrypted server that tries to steal your precious information? No problem! Just jamb your thumb and let it scan away! It's the only feature that Apple doesn't care anymore. The memory. 128 Gigabytes is the perfect maximum capacity because going over 128 GB's will cause an overflow and start corrupting files. (It can destroy your entire phone into malfunctions. And AI interference.) The software system is perfect the way it is, the iPhone 6 is the only phone in the market with Copper i7 Intel, iPhone's 7 and up has adopted the Silver i7 Intel which is slower, copper is very important for computers to be stable, true story, you can literally go for 5 years and it'll still run smoothly like it's new. Silver slows down and overheats the iPhone in 7 months if not used carefully. Takes photos finely the way it is.
