Got stolen by Fedex and received an empty box. The tape all around the box had the “inspected by Best Buy” all over it…what other thing would be in that box besides a refurbished electronic device….im honestly very disappointed with the though process behind that considering its only available for shipping.

I honestly did not like how overwhelming this device was. I honestly needed something that was just going to keep track of my health, my steps, and other physical activity I do daily. I am also a swimmer and so I needed something that was water resistant. Unfortunately this device was too big to swim with and I found that it was just in the way when doing any physical activity. Also the batter life was TERRIBLE. My Fitbit genuinely lasts 6 days without charge, not wearing it at night. The Apple Watch hardly helps battery. It was almost dead by the time I went to bed and had to charge it daily. I returned the Apple Watch because it was like carrying around a more annoying phone.

The Apple Watch has some great features, but the battery is a huge letdown. It barely lasts a day, and I constantly find myself charging it or stuck with a dead watch when I actually need it. For the price, I expected much better battery performance. Until Apple improves this, it’s hard to recommend.

I bought an “open box excelente “ condition on line and i went pick it up on best buy Lakewood, sent it to Brazil for my sister birthday, and was LOCKED!!!!!! She can’t use it, open box in a description says Nobody never used , was in display without scratches in excellent condition, i went back to the store and they say , “ oh well, nothing we can do about it”, ill never again buy anything , now my birthday gift to my sister , became a nigthmare! Why best buy sell something locked? And why they dont disclaimed was previously owned? They lead you on thay Open Box is only something that was display , lots of headaches this i watch brought me without any help or money back from Best Buy, buyers beware!!!!

We purchased this watch for my daughter's 12th birthday. It won't charge consistently and when it does charge, it's never to full capacity and only lasts a few hours. Because I didn't purchase the warranty, Best Buy wouldn't help and Apple won't help us either. Beware of open box purchases.

I thought I bought a new product. But I don’t think so. The battery drains out within a day. Even while not in use much, it has to be charged every single day. I do regret spending my money on it.

I bought two watches online as Christmas gifts for my kids. When delivered, the watches had been removed from the boxes, even though the delivery package was sealed. Best Buy Customer service first said they would send replacements in 4-5 days, and they didn't. I then asked for a refund since it was well past Christmas, and they stated they would process immediately, which they did not. Now I'm being told they would not process the refund or replacements and now I'm being accused of fraud. I've been a Best Buy customer for over 10 years, but would advise against any consumer ordering online with Best Buy based upon my experience. The customer service has become non existent and they will look for ways to avoid dealing with your issue. Meanwhile, I'm out $440 with nothing but two empty boxes and two disappointed children.

Incredibley dissapointed in the Apple watch. The battery doesn't even last a day! Quit using it and went back to my Fitbit Sense. That battery lasts 3-4 days.

Poor Battery Life. Not a good buy. You can buy a better smart watch at the same price unless you are brand-conscious.

This is my second order of Apple Watch SE. First time, Bestbuy messed up my order during the delivery and couldn’t get any updates. I had to wait more than one month to get the order cancelled and reorder a new Apple Watch. This is after connecting multiple times with customer service. Still they could reorder the product. This is really poor service from bestbuy. I’m a bestbuy customer for more than 10years and certainly they won’t earn my business again.

i purchased this watch for Fall problems. I found out a few weeks later I could not hook it up to my phone because it wasn't a GPS style. I had to return it and purchased another model which is GPS activated. Watch was fine it just wasn't what I needed.

Terrible salesman. He was hiding information. It felt like pulling teeth. Tried to upcharge me when I told him a specific amount I was trying to spend.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. It’s worse buy - not best buy. Still have not received my item. It’s my niece’s Christmas gift and I travel on the 19th. So disappointed.

Looks like it was open box but i purchased new …..

The 40 mm watch band does not fit a normal "male" wrist. The watch size and band are more for females, I would have like to been told before purchase.
