This is more of a review of the store but also the product. My wife did not like the product, so I returned it. I would advise against buying anything from Best Buy. They charge a $45 restocking fee, which is illegal in many states, but not in New York. Additionally, the people handling returns were unhelpful and should be fired. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy. I presume this is a Best Buy policy, but if not, if this is an Apple policy, this is the last time I purchase an Apple product. Do not go to this store, the people are horrible.

It was a defective watch. It wouldn't connect to cellular even though it was on a line for a carrier. Messages were delayed for days. I would get immediately kicked out of apps after just getting in them. I couldn't even listen to music after following the instructions to do so. The only thing that worked was location sharing.

The watch itself is known and good. But the one i bought was defective. The band was not clipping in place and keeps sliding out. That is fine it could happen, and easy to resolve. But what i could not understand is that Best buy refused to exchange the band. The watch is with cellular function and the service is already connected to the watch. Best buy want me to go to the service provider and cancel the service then go to them to return the entire item. What a miss and waste of time. Very bad service from best buy. Last time to buy such products fromthem.

Love the watch Best Buy not so much. First watch was totally incorrect. Second I ordered an open box in excellent condition, got an open box in good condition. Watch band was supposed to be s/m what came was a l/xl. Two chats (rep said he’d put in an expedited/ level up customer service inquiry that didn’t happen), final phone call…they can’t help with that, return the whole watch, reorder…oops no longer available, blah, blah,blah! I live over 100 miles from a store so in person is not an option.

Don’t buy from Best Buy. I ordered these watches online and right after I hit the pay button I noticed that one of the watches was the wrong watchband size. Customer service held me off until the 30 minute exchange window passed. They were rude and purposely held me off so I couldn’t do the exchange. I will never buy from Best Buy again.

While setting it up, I dropped on my table and it completely shattered. Have Apple care and Best Buy says it will be 5 weeks to fix. What’s the point? Seriously regret getting it from Best Buy and probably the watch itself.

Doesn't hold a charge no more than five hour. I wouldn't recommend to buy anyone.

Don’t waste your time or money with Best Buy. Product was missing the charger. Best Buy offered nothing to make right.
