The gold finish is rather dull and underwhelming on the watch band. On the watch case itself, the gold color lacks the luxury feeling I sought in a gold watch and the polished finish accumulates fingerprints which makes it look drab and dirty. As much as I wanted to love this edition, the extra expense for the more durable crystal does not feel worth it for a wonderful gadget that will be obsolete and unsupported for future updates in 5 years. I returned it and bought the Aluminum version instead.
