Unless one can uninstall appliance and remove it from existing location before service people arrive, there is no way to do this. This has become a moneymaking thing for Best Buy if one is not interested in haulaway. I've found their telephone services difficult to deal with and so go into store again for torder changes. If you live close by as I do it is a minor inconvenience.
