About this product

We’ll haul away and recycle one major appliance when we deliver a new replacement product. If you prefer, we can move your old appliance to another location in your home.

Features

Any product that is not being directly replaced with a new product and installation service must be disconnected before we arrive.
Grills must be disconnected from their fuel source.
Your old appliance must be free of personal belongings (including food, clothing, and dishware), hazardous materials and infestations.
Some markets require a licensed professional to handle gas or LP connections. If installation is not purchased, the existing appliance must be disconnected before it can be hauled away.

How do I cancel my haul away service?
Unless one can uninstall appliance and remove it from existing location before service people arrive, there is no way to do this. This has become a moneymaking thing for Best Buy if one is not interested in haulaway. I've found their telephone services difficult to deal with and so go into store again for torder changes. If you live close by as I do it is a minor inconvenience.
