More than a thermostat, the W200 functions as a Zigbee and Thread hub for Aqara and third-party Matter devices. With Mesh Extender and Border Router capabilities, it strengthens and expands your Thread network. It can also play custom audio alerts when connected security sensors are triggered. When paired with Aqara doorbells and locks, you can stream live doorstep video and unlock your door directly from the W200—all locally, with no premium subscription required.
With Matter support, the W200 also works locally with Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, and Home Assistant for future-proof compatibility without the limits of a single ecosystem. Dual-band Wi-Fi with 5 GHz support ensures faster response times and reliable connections that stay stable even in crowded network environments.
