We live in West Texas and the weather can be unpredictable, so this feature was important to the safety of our family. The Arlo Home Security System provides different options (you receive a trial) for you to enjoy the benefits of this camera even more — emergency service response, video object detection with AI, etc. As an Arlo user, I love the clarity and peace of mind received by using the system to its entirety. I feel that Arlo has stepped up our security game and provides clear live and recorded footage. I highly recommend Arlo to anyone looking to up their safety game!

I had Arlo for many years and one camera (Ulra) went bad! I had done research and liked the new Swann! Well, I tried them for 3-4 weeks and no comparison! Returned the Swann and went back to Arlo! The only reason for a “4” rating is its 2K and not 4K. Still a great picture with 2K!

The camera is nice and well built, but the supplied charge cable is indoor rated, too short and it doesn't come with a AC adapter to enable using a standard electric outlet. You have to spend 49 dollars for a 25ft cord and ac adapter if you want to charge the unit at it's outdoor location.
