This is my third Arlo Pro camera. The first two that came with my base over two years ago are working as good as new so it made sense to stay with something that works well as I expand coverage of my property. Excellent resolution, a super sensitive microphone and a rechargeable battery that keeps on going.

Refurbished products can be the best deal with assurance that they've gone through a second quality checkreceived the camera on the 3rd day from ordering it. It had all the accessories that came with a new camera. I had no problem getting it synced with base station. The picture as to expected, works great. Saved $20 going with a refurbished one

I purchased a 3 pack of new Alro Pro 720P Cameras. When i looked to add an additional camera I was hesitant to purchase a "refurbished." Not only were all accessories for the camera new in the package, the camera looked brand new too. It was not a "factory second" or a damaged unit. It works and looks just like my 3 other new models.

I love my Arlos...I have three and they all work very well...clear videos and makes me feel very secure...I can check each camera at will at night on my iPad or phone...at home or at work!! Love them...going to purchase one for inside too so I can watch my dogs when not at home!!!!

The camera arrived packaged like it was new and the camera looks new and it works great! Really happy I bought a refurbished one at the lower price since no one would ever know it wasn't a new one!

Purchase this camera as an addition to my existing Arlo security system. Was easy to add to the base station and is working fine for me now doing what it's expected to do.

Added to my existing system, works as expected, no issues. 720p is adequate, but the 1080p is nice, have both.

I already had new so I know these work great. Bought a refurbished one and not so great. Had a hard time connecting to WiFi. Connected to hub easy but that it. Also video was not very clear. Get the newest arlo

If you have the Arlo Pro system already the refurbished units come very clean and I don't think you'd be able to tell that it was even refurbished.

No reason to not give 5 stars. Good picture day and night, paired with great audio.

Casing a little dimpled and battery compartment dirty, but otherwise good value.
