This item is great! It has clear resolution. I do not have to go to the door I am able to just speak through my phone with video! Major bonus is that it linked up with my 4 other Arlo cámaras to complete our security system! I would definitely buy this by itself or to add to your home security!

I have had Arlo products and services for the past 3 years. I’m very happy with this exchange. I had an older model video doorbell that stopped working correctly. With my Geek Squa protection I was able to exchange for this newer model and have been very happy with the video/audio quality. I would recommend Arlo and have several Arlo devices.

Surprised by the price, older gen was more expensive. Quality is good, easy to install.

I wanted to try a different doorbell, so I bought this one to only find out after a month of owning it, that is is no good. It won't charge or pair anymore. continue to get error code. I will be going back to Ring.

Worse than the original, faces wash out, doesnt hankde sunligjt well, my camera faces southwest, completely unusable.

I had to pay for an online subscription to use the camera after 30 days. Which i paid in full. $50 for year plus the purchase of the camera. The subscription isnt working for some reason. Evem through in the app. It said i have it. But cant use the features. There customer service are people in india who cant do anything. So they just took my money and ran with it.

Easy to set up, comes with everything you need. If you have a small area the 1080p works great, no need for the 4k! App is very easy especially is you have other cameras already. Comes partially charged, just need to charge the rest of the way to 80% . connects and communicates with alexa when button is pushed!

The video quality and viewing area are excellent. The emails for additional services are annoying. Delay to connect live and using the camera, without a subscription, are slow and cumbersome. Overall, it is one of the best options, at this price point.

I purchased this model to replace an older version that died. The clarity is amazing. I am deducting 1 star because the battery is not swappable. The previous version had a removable battery, so each time this one needs a charge I must unsnap it and bring indoors.

Very Happy with how easy this was to set up and use. The quality of the video is outstanding. We returned our Wyze doorbell which had so many glitches but Arlo has none! Perfect purchase!

Great quality product with a really nice camera and extremely good motion sensor. I have two main problem with this item one before this. I had a standard neutone doorbell that I had connected with a chime. I couldn’t find a way to make the button on the doorbell. Camera connect with Nutone chime. Second, they charge a lot for their services, like keeping recordings on the cloud.

Replaced old doorbell with this model. Big improvement with the video feature. Easy to install and synced with Alexa automatically.

Very good pictures on mobile app. Picks up movement very well.
