Q: How long does it take to charge and how long between charges?
A: I live in upstate New York, and winter is tough to get a good read on battery life since cold kills batteries. However my experience is it takes about 4-5 hours to charge from being completely dead, depending on how cold it is when you bring it in. As far as battery life, in the cold (below freezing temps) I’ve been getting about a 4-5 weeks of use before it needs charged. I don’t have a lot of visitors, so the frequency of visitors and activation of the camera can affect the time frame for use.

The Arlo doorbell camera has truly exceeded my expectations. The video quality is outstanding both during the day and at night, with crystal-clear resolution that looks like true 2K. Great choice
Great view very clear easy set up is to use adjustments are very easy as well. Much better than the last one and didn’t have to drill any more holes in the wall. They were actually matched up.

Fantastic doorbell cam!
I found it really easy to hook up and wired it directly so it could be powered and also so the doorbell works with it. Also, the video quality is fantastic! The app works seamlessly with it as well. Would definitely buy again!
