Excellent product -- had to wait 3 months but is worth it. Had issue with first order of another brand but Best Buy was very helpful. Geek Squad did well on installation.

Visiting Best Buy to replace mine (did not buy at BB). We have four Asko washer/dryer combos, between 2 and 6 years old. Two units have failed...one washer, a bearing failure, and a dryer software failure causing the door to spring open after a few mins, leaving it inoperable. Very disappointing performance.
