Love this game! Really feels like a classic Assassin’s Creed Game with updated graphics.

Assassin's Creed Origins, released in 2017, is a standout entry in the long-running franchise. Here's a review: Assassin's Creed Origins takes players on a captivating journey to ancient Egypt, providing a fresh and breathtaking open-world experience. The game's graphics and attention to historical detail are nothing short of remarkable. From the sprawling desert landscapes to the bustling cities along the Nile, the world feels alive and meticulously crafted. The introduction of a new combat system is a notable departure from the series' past, offering a more engaging and challenging experience. Players can explore a rich skill tree, allowing for diverse combat and stealth approaches. The protagonist, Bayek, is a compelling character with a deep and emotional story that keeps players invested in his quest for justice. The game's RPG elements, including gear and leveling systems, add depth and replayability. However, some players may find the loot system a bit grind-heavy. Assassin's Creed Mirage successfully revitalizes the franchise by embracing a more open and dynamic world, along with a compelling story and engaging gameplay. It's a must-play for both long-time fans and newcomers to the series.

I have been an assassins creed fan since day one and I love how this version of the series goes back to the original style gameplay and dynamics as well as time era as well

[Employee of bestbuy] This game combines provides a compelling story, immersive graphics, gameplay, and overall fluidity, with a wonderfully well thought out gameplan. This game looks like the new games, while playing very much like some of the originals, notably the now inability to scale a cliffside by running at it. I missed the strategy of the old games, and the effort you had to put into finding the right path to scale a building or mountainside. This game brings back those features. The return of the Eagle is a welcome callback to Odyssey as it was a popular and useful feature that was overlooked in Valhalla. Though I have not personally completed the game, and do at times feel that the movement feels more stiff compared to some of the newer titles, it is a welcome, and cared for addition to the series that respected many elements that made the original games so good.

The classic Assassin's Creed returns in this new adventure. Play as Basim, one hiding in Baghdad. New game like the first Assassins Creed, but with a new high quality on the new consoles. True Fans love this game! Excellent and beautiful game.

The graphics are pretty good. Overall gaming experience is also pretty good. The combat is much harder and you have to be more calculated than Valhalla and Odyssey. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because of how short the storyline is and some of the achievements are buggy. I finished the entire game within a period of a couple of days and that’s with a normal 9-5 job.

Gameplay is solid, a little slow in the beginning but it picks up bjt the game places heavy emphasis on stealth. On the right tv or monitor the game with look awesome in either performance or visual mode. Would give it a perfect 5 if maybe the gameplay was a little faster paced and if the parkour wasnt so inconsistent. Better than Valhalla’s parkour though.

Really enjoyed this game. The game is already cheap due to being a smaller game but I put about 15 hours into this game. Great story and return to form as an AC fan all the way back from AC 2

The most recent installments of the Assassin Creed games, Mirage goes back to the stealth roots of the original game and and follows the story of BasIm, beautiful graphics on the next gen systems and a great storyline

The game gets a bad rap in part because people saw the “back to the basics” tagline and were expecting a full blown change in direction akin to how Origins changed the formula. Mirage is not that. The parkour, though improved, is taken from Valhalla. The animations are a bit better and the speed and level design make chases actually fun again, but there’s little depth (which is okay for the average player). The combat (on hard) is simple, but punishing, which encourages stealth. The stealth is pretty good. Blending works as it should, detection is reasonable, the level design is a strong suit. Stealth isn’t as deep as splinter cell or MGS, but it FEELS satisfying and isn’t overwhelmingly hard for newcomers. If you like the old Assassin’s Creed games (or are curious), Mirage is fun if you understand the limited scope of development. This was originally going to be DLC for Valhalla. It is a new development team with limited time and budget. All things considered, the game is a fun romp.

Best Assassin’s Creed in a very long time. I was one of the people who at first said the combat was terrible but after actually attempting to deal with some of the flaws this game has i quickly realized this is Ubisoft’s attempt at remaking the original Assassin’s Creed. Comparably, it’s pretty on-par to what the original game was like directed by Jade Raymond (founder of Assassin’s Creed franchise). —Some of the combat animations are flawed and say when you are performing a confirmed kill where you enter the locked animation, someone can come up and hack you with one foul swing and it just goes right through you. Seemingly, if you are crouched and try to perform a stealth assassination takedown on someone sitting on a bench, Bassim stays crouched and performs a stab with the hidden blade only to have the guard fall to the ground without any noticable stabbing action being seen on-screen. I can hear the noises like the guard is being stabbed but as far as what I see Bassim stabs awkwardly into thin air and the guard collapsing from nothing haha…..Little things like that is what I imagine ppl r upset with but tbh, i got over it….The slow-paced assassin theme remains true here so I suggest if you want a more fluid Assassin’s Creed game or one with higher pace and action, buy either Oddysee or Valhalla. This title is for the OG fans however may still leave a sour taste in some fans mouths due to some little bugs. —I will say Metal Gear Solid Remastered Collection is definitely getting a run for it’s $$.

Short game, however enjoyed it. It wasn't as expansive as the past 2 AC games however it was quite fun to play.

I love assassin creed games and this one is breathtaking and beautiful with every detail of ancient Iraq look and feel. And the gameplay going back to the original roots plus with the smaller map did not disappoint. There is still so much to do! This has kept me very satisfied until the next big release.

Assassin's Creed Mirage offers a captivating blend of historical exploration and stealthy intrigue. The game's rich narrative unfolds against a meticulously recreated backdrop, immersing players in a vivid world of ancient mysteries. The fluid combat mechanics and engaging storyline make it a worthy addition to the Assassin's Creed series.
