I recently tried out this headset, and overall, I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The audio quality is clear and crisp, with a nice balance between bass and treble that makes music and calls enjoyable. The microphone picks up voices well, making it great for virtual meetings and gaming. The build quality feels sturdy and comfortable, even for extended wear, thanks to the soft ear cushions and adjustable headband. Battery life is impressive and lasts through long sessions without needing frequent charging. The only minor downside is that the noise cancellation could be a bit stronger, and the controls take a little time to get used to. Still, it’s a fantastic headset overall for both work and entertainment.

Good price point being on the cheaper side, but its definitely felt in the materials. The microphone has a sharp tone, the audio is definitely just mid, it doesnt hurt my ears, but it sure doesnt make them happy. The fit is just mediocre. BUT- for a entry level/casual use it makes it an amazing price for what it is. Its perfect for what it is- but it is definitely a mid/entry level product. Works perfectly fine after a few months, but i quickly upgraded to something just a few steps higher.

The audio sounds nice, but the mic could be a little better. It makes me sound very quiet, but still picks up background audio. It's also a little tight on the head toward the ears.

The flip-to-mute mic works well in chats and it’s easy to plug into Xbox or PC with the 3.5 mm connection. Got this gaming headset for my son. Worked great for a little bit but then the mic part fell out. Happened after the 15 day return or exchange period but thankfully have a 1 year warranty with the manufacturer so got a replacement through them.

The sound quality is great however within the first about 10 minutes my mic started wiggling around and now won't stay in place. I also haven't seen any information on this so I can't figure out how to remedy it.

Great starter headset. Smaller then the gen 1, and a bit more solid. Might not be best for larger heads like the gen 1 was, mic doesn’t extend very far.
