Am very pleased so far with this laptop. This is a new brand for me. I was concerned that the smaller screen might be more difficult to read, but it is large enough and extremely clear overall. I am also enjoying that it is quite lightweight. Would definitely recommend.

I appreciate the quality and sturdiness of the computer. The mouse pad is glitchy. I had to get a mouse. Once I turned off the bloatware it works OK. The software to work with your cellphone was the worst resource hog. That's pretty normal. I figured out that I need a RAM upgrade for it which is possible but is a bother.
