It’s been 1 year since I bought this. There are 3 problems with the laptop: 1-The touchpad suddenly clicks without being touched. 2-When watching movies, the speakers don’t provide enough volume. 3-The battery is poor and drains within a couple of hours. I really regret paying $2000 for this device.

We needed a laptop for a business startup. The Best Buy sales person steered us to this and webroot. It was good for two weeks, then strange things began. The windows pointer periodically moved on its own, highlighting text, opening files, and even moving files. BB said that because its past two weeks it's not excha!geable and steered us to a geek squad service plan for a few hundred bucks. GS wanted the laptop, password, and 5 days with the laptop, and then maybe 2 more weeks of it's a hardware problem. Horrible laptop and horrible experience at Best Buy.
