Hello How can I get set up support and things like word etc do I need to purchase separate or does this computer have all that? Also, will need to connect my printer. Is this computer, keyboard, mouse all wireless (able to connect via wifi, or)?
Answered by ASUS AnswersThis VM441 24" All-in-One PC comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse and built-in Wi-Fi 6E, but you need to buy Microsoft Word or a Microsoft 365 subscription separately. Programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint do not come free permanently. You must buy a separate one-time license or sign up for a monthly Microsoft 365 plan. You can connect either a wireless or a USB printer to this PC. To setup Windows 11, simply turn the computer and follow the simple on-screen guide.
Can you watch DVD on this computer?

Is this compatible with cricut ?
Answered by ASUS AnswersThis VM441QA All-in-One PC runs Windows 11 on a Snapdragon ARM processor. While it meets basic hardware specs (16GB RAM, SSD storage), it may struggle or fail with Cricut Design Space and external craft printer drivers because Windows-on-ARM chips lack standard compatibility for many specialized craft and sublimation printer drivers.

Answered by ASUS AnswersTo connect your keyboard and mouse to the AIO PC, plug the USB receiver into a working port, check the batteries, and re-pair the devices using their shortcut buttons.
