I have this laptop for four months. I only use it for normal daily tasks, such as surfing the internet, emails, watching youtube, and Word/Excel. Nothing extreme. This laptop gets HOT every single time within a few minutes. When I say HOT, I mean HOT. I don't use it for any intense applications or never play games on it. My other work laptop with another brand never gets this heated. Would not recommend.

This is the first ASUS I owned that was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend buying since you can't upgrade the ram and once you start running multiple browers as well as apps, it is super slow. It is constantly getting stuck spinning and you need lots of patience. Love the brand but this one is for the trash.

We do understand your dissatisfaction with your recent customer service experience regarding the warranty policy and the inconvenience this may have caused if the camera is not working properly. We do provide warranty for all ASIS products. However, product purchased from Best Buy needs to be checked and if it was determined the camera is faulty, Best Buy will help facilitate the warranty process. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections; the camera issue is random. To resolve this, ensure camera access is enabled in Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera, and update or reinstall the camera driver in the Device Manager.
We do value our customers and take negative customer service experience very seriously. This is not the quality of service expected from ASUS. Asus lap top Zenbook 14 is very diappointing the touch pad is so senstive if u move to fast it clicks on things u did not want to I have tryed every setting i can find with no sucess. This is very frustrating problem . As of yesterday the audio stops working i have tryed the audio trouble shooter with no sucess untill i restart the computer it will then work intermittenly. I give Asus the chance to give me my money back and i will change the review

I bought this laptop on Dec 31 2023. It hasn't even lasted me 6 months before the audio started going bad. Now the right speaker goes off completely and you can barely hear anything from the left speaker. When I took it back in to BestBuy a few days ago they said I would have to pay GeekSquad to fix it or check with the manufacturers warranty
