Love this phone, the letters/numbers are large for poor-sighted people and it talks to help even more. I recommend this phone to anyone having vision problems.

The telephone console, I purchased for my 92 year old mom for Christmas, she couldn’t see who was calling her, this product offered everything she needed. And she loved it, as you can see on her picture below. Heyyyyy

Great phone for the low price. It's easy to set up, and the call quality has been pretty good. Have only had the phone for a couple weeks, but it's done great so far. Love how it automatically synchs up with my cable provider so when someone calls, their name shows up on my TV.

This is a good land line and answering machine for those of you that still use or need a landline phone. We needed it for several years because of my defibrillator machine needed to plug into a landline and this phone worked well with that.

It works. Sound is good, seems to be built ok and mounts nicely to the wall. If you still use/need a landline it’s a good choice.

Liked this, read the reviews, and glad I selected it... it's working great, and is easy to use. I still keep a landline, because if you are hearing impaired.... this is so much better than trying to use a cell phone on long calls. So yes, sound is very good; answering machine works great, and I like the large buttons and display. Highly recommend. I did have some trouble getting it to come on , on first day, until I turned the modem off, then back on, at which time all the display lights came on. And phone worked fine.

Purchased as a gift for an older person who needed a larger display screen. This cordless phone is easy to set-up and use, takes up modest amount of space and functions well. Good reception and sound. The display clearly indicates number of missed calls and related information. A bit more costly than other available models, but has better features, such as the display screen.

Purchased this for my elderly mom and she loves it. Very easy to set up and operate. Big buttons, loud ringtone, easy to see bright display, and lightweight. The built in answering machine is very simple to use and messages play loud enough for her to easily hear. I am delighted with this purchase because mom is pleased. The adjustable volume on the phone itself is also very good with no need in shouting into the phone. Highly recommend for any age group but especially seniors!

For those of us who still use landline phones, this AT&T model has all the features at a low price. Not only do you get a built in answering system, caller ID and call waiting, but it also has the talking caller ID feature, which sadly has not become a standard feature across the board. This model is the only phone I could find that has that feature. My previous phone (Panasonic), which was 20 years old and breaking down, had the talking caller ID feature, and I was surprised that so few of the new phones have the feature. The only negative is that you can't dial and talk from the base (as I could with the previous Panasonic model), which comes in handy whenever the battery in the handset dies.

I still have to have a house phone because I live in a rural area with no internet. Crazy, right? I was concerned when I realized that they were not readily available for purchase in most stores so I began my search online. During my research, I determined that the AT&T CRL32102 was a viable choice for my needs. The best price point was at Best buy plus I received free shipping! This is a great, compact, cordless answering machine. It was very easy to set-up. The handset is slimline and has large print so it's easy to see what number you are dialing. I was concerned more about the answering machine as I had purchased a different brand that had a sound distortion when playing back messages. This machine has none of those problems. The playback is crisp and clear! I can also turn the ringer off too. I like the contrast of the silver handset and black, shiny surface of the answering machine. It does not show prints and is easy to wipe down if needed. I'm very happy with this AT&T cordless answering machine and have been using it for three months now and love it more than ever.

Ok, got this for my mom who needed a new answering machine. Only needed 1 handset so this suffices. If the store carried the extra handsets I would buy this for my house (need 3 handsets). "Senior Friendly" options really make this easier for anyone. Large buttons, voice confirm each number push, voice caller ID, light and beep to notify of messages on the machine, larger high contrast display, all demystify the phone. Who really can read alt functions on a phone handset button anyway. Really? I want to make calls and get messages. The base unit has a dedicated delete button away from the rest of the command buttons to play or repeat, so you won't accidentally delete. The only questionable thing is that the answering power button is in the center near the stop/play button, so you can turn off the answer unintentionally. Although if you do, the voice does say "not recording messages" as it shuts off. So, if you'd like a phone and answering base that is simple, clean and you can read in the morning before coffee and without your glasses, go for this one.

For the money, this is a compact phone combo answering machine that has a built in message that you can personalize. I enjoy the audio feature that announces the caller ID because it alerts me whether or not I want to pick up that call. The large buttons make it easy to use and this would be an excellent item for an older person because of this and the audio feature (which can be turned off) that says the numbers as you punch them in. I had to replace my old separate answering machine due to the way my internet and phone are set up and I am so far pleased with this purchase.

We purchased this answering machine for my mother-in-law. We're very pleased with its features including large numbers and pads, large display on the phone and the answering machine. Caller ID reads aloud the caller's name, and the answering machine messages are easy to understand with volume controls that can be easily adjusted. The cost was reasonable, and included free shipping. We're very pleased with this answering machine and would highly recommend it.

Purchased this phone for my Grandmother and she loves it. The display is large enough for her to see without her glasses. The install was easy and the menu setup with the preference we wanted was also easy. It did take a few minutes to figure out how to select the choices I wanted in the menu, but once that was done I had no other issues. The phone will say the name of the caller as long as that person is in your phone directory which you input yourself. This is a great feature for my Grandma. I would recommend this product to others.
