Q: is there volume control on the ringer
A: Yes, you can set the ringer volume level to one of six levels.
Q: Can you block several number
A: I have blocked doz's of "boiler room" calls. It may not matter as they "spoof" phone #'s. It may be best to screen calls, thru the answering machine.
Q: How is the clarity on this phone? I am hearing impaired. I need clarity and volume
A: Bought this phone for my wife's grandmother which is very hard of hearing and it is clear and loud enough for her to use. The buttons also have good clear large numbers.

A: We have had no problems walking to the sidewalk or next door and maintaining phone contact with the base. I routinely take the cordless handset while working in the yard or garage; our older model had some disruptions but this new model is much improved.

Wonderful phone for seniors!
Love this phone, the letters/numbers are large for poor-sighted people and it talks to help even more. I recommend this phone to anyone having vision problems.

Nice Purchase
So far I’m loving this phone better than my last one and I only had it a few days now, much clearer sound and I also like the fact the numbers are much bigger, speaker is amazing when I’m on calls .

Good sound quality - easy set up
Great phone for the low price. It's easy to set up, and the call quality has been pretty good. Have only had the phone for a couple weeks, but it's done great so far. Love how it automatically synchs up with my cable provider so when someone calls, their name shows up on my TV.
