You may be wondering if your Apple iPhone repair is covered under warranty. Every iPhone comes with complimentary telephone technical support and a limited warranty from Apple. That coverage can be extended for up to two additional years with the purchase of AppleCare+ and AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss. Both plans can be acquired when you purchase your iPhone, or you can get them for a limited time thereafter.

When you need iPhone repairs, the first step after finding your nearest Best Buy Apple Authorized Service Provider is to make a reservation. Next, if your iOS device will turn on, you’ll want to back it up to iCloud or iTunes. Some repairs will require erasing your device or turning off Find My iPhone, so you’ll want to have your Apple ID easily accessible. Plus, if you need help with any accessories or related Apple devices, bring those along too.

Same-day repair for iPhone 6s and newer models is available at all Best Buy stores.* You can find your nearest Best Buy store on this website, then make an appointment and drop your iPhone off before 6 p.m. local time. If all necessary parts are in stock and your iPhone is not extensively damaged, repairs will be completed the same day, and in many cases, while you wait. 

  • SAME-DAY IPHONE REPAIR:

    *Same-day repair for iPhone 6s and newer is available at all Best Buy stores. Appointment required. Device must be dropped off before 6 p.m. local time. Most repairs will be completed same-day if all necessary parts are in stock and device is not extensively damaged. Certain repairs may require a longer mail-in exchange process.

  • SAME SERVICE AND REPAIR PRICES:

    *We will price match Apple service and repair costs of any Apple Authorized Service Provider. Prices will vary depending on the model and type of repair needed.

  • 20% OFF APPLE SERVICES AND APPLE PRODUCTS:

    *20% off repairs and advanced services applies to labor only. 20% off AppleCare Protection Plans does not apply to monthly paid plans or plans with loss and theft insurance.

  • WARRANTY:

    *Some repairs, such as battery replacement and component repairs (not resulting from accidental damage), are completely covered during your manufacturer’s warranty period. We will service these repairs at no cost to you.
