What is Partner+?
Partner+ is a program that lets brands on any platform, like Shopify, Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite, connect to Partner+ APIs to take advantage of Best Buy’s fulfillment capabilities, including:
- Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) orders ready in as fast as one hour
- Parcel shipping delivery as soon as same day
- Home delivery fulfillment, including delivery drop-off and installation, as soon as next day

How it works
Customer places an order on the brand’s site
When a customer places an order, the partner taps into Best Buy’s APIs to show the customer real-time product availability.
Order is transmitted to Best Buy
After customer checkout, the order is sent to Best Buy. Best Buy locates the product in its network and sends event updates via the APIs throughout the fulfillment process.
Customer pickup or delivery
Upon customer pickup or delivery, the partner will be charged a per-unit fulfillment fee. If the customer chooses to return the item, the partner will be notified via the APIs so they can refund the customer.
