They will also connect it to your Wi-Fi, connect and pair applicable accessories, and show you how everything works. Professional delivery and installation is strongly recommended due to the size and weight of the equipment.

Included with Delivery + Professional Installation.

• We'll deliver, assemble, connect and set up your large fitness equipment and make sure it's workout-ready.
• We'll show you how your equipment works.
• We'll remove all packaging from your home.

If Haul-Away is purchased with the delivery and installation service of a qualifying replacement product, we'll remove and recycle one similarly sized piece of exercise equipment.

Help your delivery and installation go smoothly:

• Clear a path from the street to the desired location, ensuring it is wide enough to accommodate the equipment.
• The equipment can be brought up three flights of stairs or to any floor serviced by a functioning elevator.
• Make sure the desired location has enough space to fit the equipment and move any obstacles or furniture that might be in the way.
• If you are purchasing incline equipment, make sure your ceiling is high enough to use the equipment at its maximum incline.
• If your equipment connects to the internet, make sure you have a strong internet connection in the desired location for the best possible experience.
• Make sure there is a power outlet close to where you would like the equipment to be placed.
• Make sure someone 18 or older is present at the appointment time (19 or older in Alabama or Nebraska; 21 or older in Puerto Rico).

• We'll mount and secure a single mounting bracket to a ceiling/wall joist, stud or overhead beam on a standard surface (wood/metal studs and drywall).
• We'll mount and secure your suspension trainer to the mounting bracket and make sure it's workout-ready.
• We'll show you how your suspension trainer works.
• We'll remove all packaging from your home.

• Make sure there is enough room to use your suspension trainer. See the TRX manual for spacing recommendations.
