The Apple Watch is a high-functioning, wearable computer that’s made to last. That doesn’t mean, however, that nothing will ever go amiss. Whether your trouble is as simple as needing a new battery for an Apple Watch or a more complex issue, like an Apple Watch screen repair, Best Buy’s Apple Watch repair team is here to help.

Best Buy is authorized by Apple to repair Apple products, and the repair team uses all Apple-made parts. So, if there is a Best Buy location in your area, you have a quick and easy way of getting your device up and running again in no time.

Since Best Buy is a full-service Apple Authorized Service Provider, the team can also address issues with other Apple devices, like an iPhone repair or iPad repair. For watches, the repair team is experienced with, among many things, fixing Apple Watch cracked screens and addressing problems with a speaker/mic or connection issues with AirPods.

Scheduling your wearables repair with Best Buy

You can easily reserve a repair appointment at a nearby Best Buy location via the Best Buy website. You can also expedite your visit by making sure that your Apple Watch is fully charged and unpaired from your iPhone before you arrive. Remove your Apple Watch band and store it with your charger for use once your repair is complete. Finally, be sure you know your Apple ID and password before you arrive to keep the process going smoothly. 

Best Buy’s repair fees reflect those of other Apple-authorized service providers. You may also receive complementary repairs if your issue falls under warranty or if you got extended coverage on your Apple Watch through AppleCare+ for Apple Watch. AppleCare+ is available for many Apple devices when bought new, and it is an excellent option to save yourself hassle in the case of future repairs.

Best Buy’s Geek Squad has been making high-end tech repairs on many generations of Apple devices. Plus, the Best Buy experts can perform Wi-Fi troubleshooting, diagnose software issues, help with operating system upgrades and take care of Apple Watch battery replacements.

*Same-day repair excludes Mac or iPad hardware repairs. Same-day repair for iPhone 6s and newer is available at most Best Buy stores. Appointment required. Most repairs will be completed same-day if all necessary parts are in stock and device is not extensively damaged. Certain repairs may require a longer mail-in exchange process.
