Even with the small tip, it was too large for my ear. One of them was ringing in my ear each time I put them in. Hard to change volumes.

Takes some getting use to. Charging/carrying case is useful.

It is now 44 days since ordering. Apparently warranty is 45 days. Not sure if I can get the warranty settled in short time. One aide no longer works my husband informed me this morning. He has had others from company but these did not last long.

I'm not quite sure that the Audien Atom Pro 2 OTC Hearing aids are for me. I do like the overall size of the aids (small and discreet), and it was nice that they came fully charged -- I could get right to my test drive. What I have found from the Pro 2s is that in the lowest volume setting, theyre too loud for me. Maybe that's just something I need to get used to. Audien mentions in their literature, that there's a 'getting used to' period and that I need to give my brain time to adjust. Hmm. I'm willing to give it a go over the next (suggested) 3 weeks, increasing the hours of use per day. We shall see. Getting down to specifics, Audien says that these aids aren't necessarily designed to be only Left or Right. They also encourage the user to try different angles. Honestly, I found this a bit frustrating. I know we each have differences in our physical make-up, but there are certain things we all have in common -- like the general angle of the left and right ear canals. But I played around until I was able to find the position with the least feedback. The position of the volume control makes it so that as you're installing the bud into your ear canal, you also change the volume. This can be frustrating, as well. The charging case and included cable and wall charger is a nice feature. The set also comes with extra silicone 'domes' for a custom fit...but they're not labeled! You almost need a ruler to tell one size from the other! Like I said, it's going take me some time, so the jury's still out on this one. For the cost, it's probably worth the try. Just keep an eye on your final return date, if you know what I mean.

The Audien Pro 2 Over The Counter hearing aids are nice and small and rechargeable so you don’t have to replace batteries. The charging case is nice to carry them for traveling and the are comfortable. There are multiple listening modes and multiple volume levels. The button that is used to set these is small and difficult to find sometimes when in my ear. I found it easier to push the button before putting them in my ear by just holding them close enough to hear the beeps or boops. The hearing aid part didn’t work well for me, though. It sounds more like an amplifier in my ears even st the lowest volume and amplifies all noises around me like my keystrokes when I work, my steps when I walk and other common noises. I was not able to move them around in my ears enough to get past this issue. They also give a squeal which is feedback until I get them moved around in my ears to a better position. I guess that part is normal for a hearing aid. I really like them but wish they could assist my hearing without picking up so much background noise. Possible if they had anotver even lower volume it would help.
