Needed a longer subwoofer cable for a new Rel sub. Works well no hum as some cables might have. Not sure if better than other cables. It has a separate ground wire but did not need to implement it.

Bought this cable to power my Martin Logan 10" sub. This cable works as advertised and my sub sounds great. However I am not sure how much of the performance would be increased or decreased based on the type of cable used for this. I think it is worth the money though as it is similar in cost to other cables and my sub does not have any issues with the connection. Would recommend this to others looking to power a sub at a decent price point for cables.

The cable is definitely thicker than the floor Rocketfish or whatever in house brand I bought first. This one has the ground terminal for the receiver and the sub, so it took care of my ground loop hum. I don't think it's worth the price, and doesn't seem like it's worthy of being the only sub cable carried in Magnolia.

I have been happy with Audioquest products in the past, and own one of their lower-end interconnects. The Black Lab works well, and is flexible yet well made. It's not a fancy cable, but does the job. Note that you may need two of them if not use the LFE input.

as always, Audioquest does make some great equipment, but seriously, it doesn't have to cost the price of your first born child when all it is realistically doing is sending a signal to your subwoofer

Average subwoofer cable. Not worth the price. Does not sound any better than a less expensive cable.

On the positive, it comes with a built-in ground wire which I didn't need; however I found the SVS Soundpath cables to be better build quality.

We know we need them - but why do they charge so much for them? Because they can.

Both receiver and sub need a grounding spot...if you don’t have that, it’s the wrong cable

We have a packet to make our sun wireless and noticed that occassionally it would have a thump sound and the bass would come on and off. We thought this would help but didn't notice a difference so ended up returning it. After researching I guess that is just something to expect with wireless connectivity.
