AudioQuest - Q2 10' Full-Range Speaker Cable with SureGrip 100 Banana > Banana Connectors - Pair - Black
Model: Q210BANS
SKU: 13059350
Q2's inner Long-Grain Copper (LGC) conductor is surrounded by an outer spiral of 11 strands of LGC. The result is AQ's new flexible Solid+ Concentric Conductor, with sound quality even closer to that of an ideal solid conductor and yet big enough to make a great cable with only two simple-to-prepare conductors. Then, the two conductors (+ and -) are spiraled for minimum inductance (inductance makes sound seem out of focus), and maximum clarity and dynamics. . Finished with a sleek, square, deep black outer jacket, the Q2 is as stylish as it is practical, delivering high-quality sound in a durable and easy-to-use design.
Reduce distortion by preventing strand-to-strand interaction and magnetic interference. The design combines 11 smaller LGC strands spiraled around a single larger LGC strand, creating a flexible conductor with superior sound quality. This innovative approach minimizes stiffness and skin effect, delivering clarity and performance close to that of an ideal solid conductor.
Two conductors spiraled around one another, provide lower inductance, greater clarity, and superior bass-to-treble frequency extension.
AudioQuest SureGrip 100 BFA/Banana connectors fit a standard banana jack and wire up to 9 AWG.
Direct-silver plated banana plugs are securely pressure-joined to the cable's conductors, ensuring a solid connection and delivering consistent, high-quality performance.
