This was delivered within 2 days after ordering. It works for our 2016 Nissan Frontier SV 4cyl pickup truck without a backup camera, but has a factory 2 DIN stereo/radio with XM function. With this harness, we were able to easily hook up an aftermarket backup camera to the existing stereo that has the 4.3" display.
