No complaints so far. Arrived charged up and turns on right out of the box. Works really well and shaved my down piece smooth. Easy to clean as well. First time was dry to get a feel for it, going to use in the shower next time and see how well a wet shave works.

This shaver is horrible it advertises as such a great product psych that's not what you get what you get is a piece of plastic to hold in your hand with some little razors that couldn't cut a bald cat trash strictly trash
