The only reason I bought this is because it was on sale and I thought I'd try it for the gaming TV. I have a 55" Samsung TV with a USB port on the back that I wasn't using. This 4ft strip fits perfectly across the back of the TV. When I turn the TV on, the light strip comes on. When I shut the TV, the lights go off (although a little delayed because the TV still has a little reserve power). There are many colors and I think 4 different brightness levels. Seriously just a fun little addition to the TV. Exactly what I hoped for.

This lights are fantastic! Wide range of colors and come in at a good price. They stick great and are good quality. The remote has a lot of color and pattern options. Brightness has a wide range as well.

Very nice LEDs. Bought 16ft for our 70inch. Adds a really cool ambience to the back of the TV. Very cool and unique. the dimming switch also is used to change the speed of the different light pattern options, which I find okay if you're not going to watch TV but having those patterns going while you're watching TV is way too distracting and not useful in that situation, but maybe if we're playing music from the TV or something would be cool during a party. It's very bright and makes it look really cool behind the tv . It's nice to have lighting behind the screen when you're trying to watch a movie in the dark but still be able to find your popcorn.

In my man cave room set up i have 3 of the 16 ft and more kf the 4 ft. Some of the answers on this are incorrect. YES if all of rhe 16 ft can run off one remote control. YES you can extend the DC power with an extensiin cord. I lover em and for the price you cant really go wrong.

These LEDs are bright and come with tape on the backside. In these pictures I have messy cords and my lights not in their final position however I did eventually get my setup cleaned up and am happy with how the LeDs look and the remote works well!

Using this light strip, I was able to increase the overall black level contrast through what is known as "bias lighting". Basically, tricks your eyes in perceiving contrast tones a tad darker (google it). I know others enjoy the different color schemes using a light strip, but that was not my goal. Plugged into one of the existing USB ports on the back of my Sony HDTV, then taped the lighting strip to the back of the HDTV. So far, they have held up without peeling off (a common complaint with many vendor's light strips). Although there are multiple color options, I ended up just using the white light at a reduced brightness level. Works well on our dark yellow family room walls. Doubtful I would have paid full price, but at the blow out sale price, it was well worth the expenditure.

Perfect size for what I needed. Was able to light the back of my 65 inch TV. Love the brightness adjustment ability. Doesn’t mess with my sound bar the way some from Amazon did. Purchased for a great sale price.

Fits my needs. LEDs can get pretty bright. Had good pre programmed modes and controllable via a remote. Overall great product.

I gave it 4 stars because the tape wasn’t very strong to hold it in where I need it. Other then that it works.

Used these for my small cabinet. Easy to install and makes it look so much better. You couldn't see what was in the cabinet before.

Bought this for my monitor and its great. Less strain on my eyes in the dark.

excellent product, I really like the lighting.....

These lights are very easy to use very easy to install they have plenty of stickiness to stick anywhere they are great for fooling people that I have moonlighting on my remote. See pictures below they are not actually controlled by my remote but I’m making it look like they are!

You can put it where you need it.It has very bright colors.

Great lights easy to apply and operate excellent product

Was a bit skeptical at first but had seen these lights on sale and thought I’d try them for our home theater room. Wow! Glad I did, these lights give off a great ambience in the room and really set the mood for movies, parties or get togethers. Everyone loves them.

Awesome product. Let your imagination be the limit. Used a set wrapped around 3 bike wheels to give a lighting effect to the pain cave.

I bought these lights to use on a trackless train and am very happy with the way they function.
